The school does not guarantee obtaining any residence documents and has no influence on the duration of administrative procedures.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Attendance

Regular attendance is mandatory. The minimum required attendance is 70% per month. In the case of unjustified, prolonged, or repeated absence, the school is obliged to inform the relevant authorities (office or consulate) that issued the documents related to the participant’s legal stay in Poland. Excused absences (e.g., illness or other important reasons) are considered individually. The student is responsible for catching up on missed material.

Withdrawal from the course

In case of withdrawal, a 1-month paid notice period applies. The school informs the relevant authorities about the termination of course participation.

Withdrawal from the course may affect the legal basis of stay in Poland, therefore the participant may need to have another legal basis for residence.

Refund policy

  • in case of visa refusal before the course starts, the school refunds the paid amount minus a 500 PLN registration fee;

  • in case of visa or residence permit refusal after the course has started, the refund is reduced by the 500 PLN registration fee and the cost of attended classes;

  • refunds are made in the same currency in which the payment was made.
