If you already live in Poland, but your language learning adventure is just beginning, I recommend that you start by learning a set of vocabulary necessary in key situations. Thanks to this, you will feel that you do not need many months of learning to cope with everyday challenges. I hope my e-book will help you with this.
ONLY THIS SUMMER YOU CAN DOWNLOAD E-BOOK "HANDLE YOUR STUFF BY YOURSELF" FOR FREE HERE.
A practical e-book for learning Polish for foreigners "Handle your stuff by yourself" presents six real-life situations in which knowledge of Polish will be very helpful for you.
1 - Opening a bank account
2 - Applying for a residence permit
3 - Sending a package
4 - Rent a flat
5 - Visit the doctor
6 - Shopping at the pharmacy
I created this e-book for foreigners who struggle with everyday and important situations while organizing their new life after coming to Poland. How many times have I heard from my students that they face difficulties in renting an apartment, submitting documents at the office, or sending a letter at the post office? The reason? The language barrier. Does it have to be this way? In my opinion - no.
If you have ever studied Polish or attended a course while using various beginner-level textbooks, you will surely notice the absence of words and expressions that would assist you in handling your daily affairs. This, in turn, leads to frustration. You learn about grammar, you can talk about your family and daily routine, but in order to open a bank account or visit a doctor, you must ask Polish acquaintances for help or, worse yet, rely on a translator. Does this mean that to handle your stuff in Poland you need to know Polish at a minimum of level B1? In my view, it does not.
This e-book presents 6 communicative situations that a foreigner, sooner or later, will encounter upon arriving in Poland for the first time. On a scale of 0 to 10, how much easier would your life in Poland be if you were able to express yourself in these situations?
Make sure you'll read it and let me know!
You can download it for free only this summer: here.
